These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between the buyer and the company:

These terms apply to all purchases made through the online store at mojcafatur.si (hereinafter: “the online store”).

1. Offer and Prices

The online store offers physical products such as books.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR). As we are VAT registered, VAT is already included in the price.
We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors in descriptions or photographs, and limit quantities.

2. Purchase Process

  1. Select a product and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click “Checkout.”

  3. Enter the required delivery details.

  4. The shipping cost will be added to your total.

  5. Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

  6. By confirming your purchase, you complete the transaction. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Slovenia. The delivery fee is €3.90 unless stated otherwise.

Products are shipped via Pošta Slovenije. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

For international delivery, please contact us at info@klemenslakonja.com and we will arrange it individually.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
In this case, please contact us at info@klemenslakonja.com and return the item in its original condition to our address. The cost of return shipping is borne by you.

We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

5. Complaints and Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 months at info@klemenslakonja.com.
Describe the issue and attach a photo of the product.
If the complaint is justified, we will replace the product or refund your purchase.

6. Protection of Personal Data

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by force majeure, technical issues, or postal service errors.
While we strive to keep all information up to date, minor discrepancies may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published in the online store is protected by copyright.
It may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Final Provisions

For all matters not covered by these terms, the laws of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply.
In case of disputes, we will seek an amicable resolution. If this is not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.
