Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods or services online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To use your right of withdrawal, simply notify us by email that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a photograph of the items received. Once verified, we will either replace the items or issue a full refund.
